Bouquet

1. Remove the temporary water packaging if the bouquet was delivered in water.
2. Use a clean vase.
3. Fill the vase with fresh, cool water.
4. Add flower food if a sachet was included with your order.
5. Trim the stems before placing the bouquet in water.
6. Remove any leaves that would sit below the waterline.
7. Change the water every 1–2 days and rinse the vase thoroughly.
8. Re-trim the stems whenever you change the water.
9. Keep the bouquet away from direct sunlight, air conditioning, heat sources and fresh fruit.

Basket / Flower Box

1. Do not remove the flowers from the arrangement.
2. Make sure the floral foam remains moist at all times.
3. Gently add small amounts of water directly to the floral foam.
4. Avoid getting the box, basket or decorative wrapping wet.
5. Do not pour a large amount of water into the arrangement at once.
6. Keep the arrangement in a cool place.
7. Avoid direct sunlight, air conditioning and heat sources.
8. Remove wilted flowers and leaves when necessary.
